By accessing or using Lust Goddess ("the Game") operated by Hooligapps ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Age Requirement

Lust Goddess is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 18.

3. Account Registration

You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

4. In-Game Purchases

Lust Goddess is free to play. Optional in-game purchases are available and governed by the following:

• All purchases are final. We do not provide cash refunds for in-game currency or items.
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• In exceptional cases of technical error, we may issue virtual currency credits at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the game.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the game — including characters, artwork, music, text, and code — is the exclusive property of Hooligapps and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hooligapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
